An Investigation of Perceptual, Verbal, and Non-Verbal Barriers in the Workplace

Effective communication creates a positive working environment and thus increases the job performance of staff. However, absence proper between members an organisation or company would result in failure to achieve agreement while working. Therefore, this study aims investigate how perceptual factors, verbal, non-verbal can be barriers effective workplace. A set questionnaires is used distributed workers various industries different companies. It consists five parts: demographic profile, verbal communication, work environment, organisational values. total ninety-four (94) responses are received recorded. Findings reveal perceptual, factors influence flow Consequently, findings help employers employees improve at all levels for betterment workers.
